That’s right. It’s time for me to lose some weight. Yesterday I weighed 324 pounds and although I’ve been trying to make some lifestyle changes without exercise, it obviously isn’t working because for two months my total weight lost is 6 lbs 🙁
So starting today, I’m going full force into trying to lose some weight. I’ll use this site to post updates and progress pictures. My set date to weigh 200lbs or less is July 24th, 2012. That means I have to lose 124 pounds, and my plan, simply, is to drastically cut intake to 1000-1500 calories a day and include at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day, as well as on weekends do one strenuous activity a day.
I’ll try to make a point to post weekly updates.
I heard somewhere that you take the weight you want to be and multiply it by 10, and eat that many calories.
i.e. a 250 pound man wanting to weigh 150 eating 1,500 calories.
But I think that also means having an active lifestyle as well. My advice to you would be to have small low-cal stuff with you all the time, and constantly munch on it. Carrots, nuts, pretzels, broccoli, celery, etc. If you do decide to do that, remember to take vitamins and enzymes to stay healthy. Once you get closer to your goal weight, see if you can find any appetite suppression pills or something and do that, so that you eat when you’re supposed to, and not when you’re hungry. That way you get on a better eating schedule. Vyvanse has helped me lose a little less than 10 pounds, but I wouldn’t reccommend putting you on ADHD pills, just for the side effects. Just try to find something that has a main goal of suppressing appetites. You could also try Caffeine Free Pro Clinical Hydroxycut, the #1 diet pill in the US. And try to walk to as many places as possible. Like, if you need stuff, go to the blue store for it. (They’re back in biz with a different name!) The shopping center on Battlefield always has stuff to do, so in this weather, I like to bike ride to Game Stop and browse, and go to Dollar Tree and buy useless crap with which to make cool stuff. I’ve even rode my bike to Wal-Mart a few times, before. If I’m home, I’ll always go with you to do stuff, especially in Fall/Winter time. Good luck, Brosef! I’ll try to be considerate of your diet, and help you as best as possible. 🙂
