I had my first appointment with my therapist. I feel like it was productive, she pointed out one reason why I have the relationship with food already so it was more than just getting-to-know-you. We're going to meet weekly starting off. We didn't really get into the nitty gritty but even still I did get a little choked up so I bet therapy is going to be a waterworks show going forward. Some takeaways are I need to follow up regarding my sleep apnea, I need to think about specific goals for therapy and I need to limit my sodas to 5 a day max, and I need to drink two tumblers of water a day.
